Ironing Board Cover Tutorial

My mom and I wrote this tutorial a while ago for our sisters blog, Marie-Madeline Studio. But I'm bringing it back. Why? Because it still remains a favorite and lets face it; something like ironing needs a little something pretty to go along with it to make the chore just a little less tedious.
